Eligibility
Requirements: All WPHPA members
entering must have played in two other NHPA sanctioned PA indoor
tournaments, since last year’s indoor state tournament.
Fees: (Must be sent in with entry)
Adults: $20.00 ($5.00 extra for championship classes,
pay at the tournament check-in)
Juniors: No fees
No refunds
for cancellations after the entry deadline*

exactly what was outlined by the WPHPA Executive Council and the membership
during the 2003 outdoor state tournament.
Every attempt will be made to avoid mixing divisions and any mixing of
divisions to make adequate classes will be approved by the council in advance
and will be clearly announced to those involved and those players will be able
to drop out without financial penalty if they object to the format of a mixed
class they are scheduled to participate in as long as they do so within one day
of receiving notice of the tournament format, allowing the tournament director
a change to find a replacement player.
