ENTRY FEES: Adults $25.00        Junior’s $5.00

 

ALL WHO WISH TO PITCH MUST SEND CHECK (NO EXCEPTIONS)

NO ONE ENTERED IN TOURNAMENT UNTLL DIRECTOR RECEIVES ENTRY FEE

If a pitcher can not make scheduled pitching time their fee will be returned provided they inform the Director prior to tournament (At the least three days prior & provided director gets replacement)

FEE AND information must be in director’s hand before deadline date

All tournaments have a 10 day deadline   (If you mail on deadline you will be to LATE)

Tournaments set up at 1:00pm on deadline date

HOPE Entry cards available from the director at all tournaments

 

HOPE has a Plate & Plaque Program

 

(PLAQUE OR PLATE FOR 1ST & 2ND IN ALL CLASSES)

 

 

All are NHPA Sanctioned all pitchers must have current NHPA card

2ND Place   $35.00

 

1ST Place only in 4 or 5 Person Classes ($45.00)

1ST Pitch 1ST Game All Classes Pitch One Ringer Receive $1.00 Double $3.00

 

Pitch a Perfect Game any Class Receive $100.00 (It Has Been Done)

(Game must be against a scheduled pitcher in your class (NO PACERS)

 

All Classes All Tournaments Have Different Records

 

If You Break Any Record Receive Hat Court Record or $5.00 for Breaking Record

 

If You Break Any Hi Game Record in Any Class Receive a HOPE Pin for That Game

 

If you break any HI % record for the day in any class receive $1.00 for each point over old record

 

 

All Classes 6 Person when ever possible        All Tournaments Mixed Women Men Elders Juniors

 

All Classes with less than 4 pitchers 35.00% or above will pitch 30 Point Games

 

 

Playoff for 1ST place same game played in your round robin

Three or more tied for first will be step ladder with the hi % for the round robin sitting out  

(This gives the pitcher who has pitched the best in the round robin at least 2nd place if they would lose their game when they pitch)

 

If you refuse to pitch in a playoff for first place you will not be included

In any prize money you must finish the playoff’s to be awarded any prize money

 

At all tournaments all cell phones MUST BE TURN OFF   Please no cell phones on the courts

ALL NHPA TOURNAMENTS AT HOPE WILL COUNT TOWARD THE REQUIRED 4 FOR THE WORLD PITCH OUR SCHEDULE AND MEET YOUR REQUIRED 4 TOURNAMENTS BEFORE THE DEADLINE IN MAY OF 2008 MAKE THE WORLD IN PA THE BIGGEST AND BEST IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD TOURNAMENT  LETS MAKE THIS WORLD THE BEST EVER
