You will not be placed in class until ENTRY FEE is received (No Exceptions)

Fee refunded if you notify the director prior to pitching time 3 days before

If director can get replacement entry fee refunded IF NOT NO REFUNDS

Mail received after 1:00 pm on deadline date placed on waiting list for dropouts

If no dropouts fee refunded
